Announcing Two Weeks of Intensive Classes
with Master Sang in June 2007
The American Feng Shui Institute is happy to announce its third annual intensive class. This year, we have two weeks of class. These two weeks are a unique opportunity for all our students, both near and far, to study in person with Master Sang and his senior instructors at the American Feng Shui Institute in Monterey Park, California. The AFSI classroom is located a few miles east of downtown Los Angeles.
The first week is our basic series of Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced Feng Shui Classes, plus a day for questions and answers, a chance for students to ask Master Sang questions on any topic.
The second week will teach more advanced analysis and techniques for the practice of feng shui. These classes are not available on-line.

(case studies, the accuracy of compass readings, calculating the monthly stars)
 Tuesday, June 26: Advanced Case Study 11 (the effects of the shape of the lot or the house)
 Wednesday, June 27: Site and New House Development
 Thursday, June 28: Advanced Case Study 16 & 17 (The effects of Period 8 on Feng Shui)
 Friday June 29 (morning): Question and Answer Session with Master Sang
 Friday June 29 (afternoon): Introduction to the Dao De Jing
The topics for week two classes are subject to modification.
The cost for each week is US$750.00. Due to limited seating capacity, reservations are necessary and seats are on a first come first serve basis. To reserve your seat, a $350 deposit is required. There is a $35.00 cancellation fee. Register on-line, mail a check, or call us with a credit card to reserve your seat. Balance is due on the first day of class. Classes may be canceled if there is insufficient enrollment.
Students may attend one section of a week (for example, only the Advanced Feng Shui Class) for the standard price of that class. However, if a class fills up, priority is given to students who attend all five days of an intensive.
Graduates may repeat these classes for $30.00 per day, if seating is available. Please contact the Institute during the week of the class.

Question & Answer Session with Master Sang
* After a week of intensive study, have an opportunity to ask Master Sang questions about feng shui.

Feng Shui Yourself and Your Business
* How to create better qi for yourself.
* How to let go of your own negative influences.
* How to improve your relationships with those around you.

Week 2: More Advanced Feng Shui Classes
Advanced Case Study 5 & 6 FS305
Learn analysis and remedies for houses with a potential for:
* Miscarriage, divorce, and harmful to youth
* Bringing insanity to its occupants
* Betrayal by employees or loved ones
* In this class we will discuss the importance of taking an accurate lo pan reading, and the dangers of failing to do so.
* Advanced use of the Intermediate Class Method of Feng Shui.
* How to help a couple to have a baby with Feng Shui.
* How to discover the best areas for money-luck each year

Prerequisite: FS201 Advanced Feng Shui
Advanced Case Study 11 FS311
Learn how to select land with a favorable environment:
* The influence of the shape of a lot
* Characteristics of lots with extensions in each of the eight directions
* Ways to remedy irregular-shaped lots

Site and New House Selection FS280
This class includes a field trip. Learn:
* Practical experience in reading a lot
* What to look for on the site
* How to choose an orientation based on the environment
* How to modify a floor plan based on the house’s chart

Prerequisite: FS201 Advanced Feng Shui
Advanced Feng Shui Case Study 16 & 17 FS316
Learn:
* Why Xuan Kong Flying Stars and Eight House Feng Shui are the most commonly used
* Why some other schools, such as Xuan Kong Da Gui, Parents School, and Qi Men are not as popular or practical
* The water mouth in Yin House should not be confused with the street in Yang House
* The limits in applying Four Pillars to Feng Shui
* How to use the money star and the people star for all 24 directions during Period 8

Prerequisite: FS201 Advanced Feng Shui
Introduction to Daode Jing CP101
Learn:
* What the Dao is.
* How we can follow Daoism.
* How we can be a part of nature, rather than opposing it.
* How we can become happy in our lives.
