      How to use the Online Feng Shui Discussion Forums

      As a student of the American Feng Shui Institute, we are committed to your ongoing success in your studies. We provide an Online Bulletin Board for questions and answers. The Bulletin Board features three different categories:

      Public Forums
      Access to these forums are instant and for everyone. This category features our Introduction to Feng Shui, our Technical Support board, and News and Announcements for the Institute. The Introduction to Feng Shui forum is for people who are interested in the online classes and have very general questions. The Technical Support forum is for issues or problems you might be having with the website, including logging on, how to post questions, etc.

      Online Class Forums
      This category holds the virtual classrooms for the online classes. These are for registered students of the online classes. To register, please go to our enrollment page here!

      Current registration to one of the online classes will provide you access to this board. Access to these forums and the online classes is limited to 60 days. You will receive email notification once access has been granted to any of these class forums.

      Graduate Discussion Forums
      This category consists of General Feng Shui Q&A, Zi Wei Dou Shu, Yi Jing, Four Pillars Astrology, Feng Shui Deutsch and Yin House Feng Shui. Completion of these courses is a prerequisite for access to the forum. The General Feng Shui Q&A board requires that you have completed the Advanced Feng Shui class. A request for access to these forums can be emailed to: [email protected]. Please be specific in your request and be sure to include your full student name.

      Registration Instructions:
      If you are joining our online classes, you will automatically be registered during the enrollment process. You will receive an email with your enrollment details. For all others:

      1. Go to http://www.amfengshui.com/bb

      2. Select ‘register’ in the top right of the page and you follow the instructions to fill in the required fields. You will need to select a login and password. Feel free to fill out the other fields such as location. Do not put your address here, just city and state.

      3. Send an email to [email protected] to notify us of completion of your registration. Please be specific and note your Student name and
      which forum you wish to join. If you enrolled in an Online Class or have requested access as a graduate to a forum, please allow a one to two business days for your registration to be manually processed. You will receive an email once access is granted.

      To use the Bulletin Board:

      1. First go to: http://www.amfengshui.com/bb and log in. Please note that the user name and password are case and space sensitive.

      2. Select the forum of which you have been granted access. We recommend that you read the previous posts or do a search first before posting a new topic. You may find that your question has previously been asked and answered. To perform a search, click on ‘Search’ at the top of the page and follow the directions from there. To ask a question, click on ‘New Topic’ at the top of the page. Fill in the fields as request and write your detailed question. Scroll down to the bottom and select ‘previewâ€
