The American Feng Shui Institute highly recommends that people who are interested in Chinese Astrology, particularly those who have learned Four Pillars Astrology and are not comfortable in using it for prediction, consider taking this coursework. Just like those who have been confused by various Feng Shui teachings, but have realized that Xuan Kong is the detailed and accurate method, this coursework will clarify a lot of the mystery of Chinese Astrology.
This class was designed so that you can learn step-by-step this accurate, fascinating and amazing astrology method.

Zi Wei Dou Shu Astrology (紫微斗數)
Zi Wei Dou Shu, also known as Zi Wei Astrology, is a widely used system of fate calculation in China, but is not well known in the West. It is surprisingly accurate in describing the personality of a subject’s chart. Zi Wei (the Purple Emperor) is the leading star when making a chart. Dou Shu means calculation.
Zi Wei Astrology has been growing in popularity in recent years. Few teach this subject, preferring to keep it mysterious. The American Feng Shui Institute is teaching this course with the hopes of bringing a clearer understanding of Chinese Astrology to the general public.
Zi Wei Dou Shu is a Chinese astrology that describes your past, present and future in twelve life categories, such as career, spouse, travel, money, etc.
Zi Wei Dou Shu involves numerous calculations to locate stars (more than 100 of them), and a complex system of interpretation based on a lifetime reading, ten-year, one-year and month-long periods of time.
This method was developed in the Song Dynasty, about 1000 years ago. It is still popular in China today.
This is a serious course that involves a fair amount of calculation, but the rewards are great. With practice, you can understand a person’s true nature and read their past, present, and future.
Prerequisite: AS101 – Stems and Branches and the Chinese Calendar. (Please contact the American Feng Shui Institute if you feel you qualify to be exempt from the prerequisite.)
Materials Required: Ten-Thousand Year Calendar (available as an ebook at our bookstore)

Hello All,
For anyone who has already taken these Zi Wei Dou Shu classes in our classroom:
You are welcome to repeat on-line, if you like. Please call the institute at 626 571 2757 or email at [email protected]
The last section, Advanced ZWDS Part 2, should be useful to people who already had the class, as I wrote up ten case studies in detail. These should really help develop your ability to read the charts. In the classroom, we didn’t have the time to go over the case studies in this detail, and there are some additional ones.
Enjoy,
Lorraine
