Um, I’m sorry if this is a dumb question but when is a freckle not a freckle but a mole. My son has two freckles or mole. They are flat and dark irregular shape (doctor said not cancerous so he is okay).

Both freckles are located beneath the outer edge of his right eye. Does that mean he will have tribulations at age 46.

The ages 46 and 47 are represented on the checks. How big it that area?

Freckles are flat & rather small darker pigmentations, where as moles are usually larger and often raised.
