      Hi Chris,

      Is there a meaning when there are acne scars on a person’s face?

      If they are permanent, then they can indicate problems during certain times of their life.

      What does it mean when acne scars are deep and all over the face, specifically the cheeks?

      Scars in general are difficult times in a person’s life. So I would venture to say that this person will have a rough life. Not bad per se, just a lot of tribulations.
